How much time do i plan for a loan signing?
Loan Signings can vary in duration as each signing scenario is unique. Most signing can be completed within 45-60 minutes.
what do i need to get a document notarized?
- You will need to provide the document(s).
- Know which type of notarization you need.
- A valid form of Identification (typically a state driver license, State ID, passport, etc.).
- Signer must know and understand what they are signing.
- Signer must be signing under their own free will.
- If a valid unexpired ID is an issue then let's connect to go over the options.

How many loan signing do you complete in a day?
I try to schedule loan signings 3-hours apart in order to make sure I can make the FedEx drop time for each completed signing. Furthermore, I also factor in commute time and potential traffic conditions in the San Francisco Bay Area.
